By registering for a service at Refreshing Spring Church, you are consenting to a temperature check upon entrace. All whose temperature exceed 100.4 degrees will not be allowed to enter the sanctuary. You also agree that

-You have not experienced any Covid-like symptoms in the past two weeks (including but not limited to coughing, congestion, and fever)

-You will maintain your mask over your face and nose at all times while in the building (unless actively eating, drinking, or speaking/singing in a microphone).
